About My Small Wonders Dallas

Fun fact! Our Dallas location was originally a US Post Office, which we transformed into a beautiful child development center. Formerly known as Rosewood Academy, the building was converted into a My Small Wonders in November of 2021 – our first in the State of Texas. This center offers the best in technology, processes, and relationships, day in and day out. Located strategically within the Dallas Medical District, the center serves many professionals from UT Southwest and surrounding areas.

Staff

Our teachers and staff are passionate about child development, and thoroughly vetted to ensure they are able and willing to provide your children with the care and love they need to increase their potential to the highest possible level.

Our Programs

Our infant program encourages children from the ages of birth to one year to explore the world around them. My Small Wonders accomplishes this with specialized toys and activities, as well as an introduction to infant sign language.

Our toddler program guides children aged one year as they transition into learning to walk, transitioning to table food, and sleeping in cots. With positive guidance in a structured environment, toddlers have a safe space to learn and develop.

Our twos program is for children aged 24-36 months. Here, we begin to introduce concepts of dramatic play, creative expression, and socialization, as well as hands-on exploration and playground time.

Through hands-on exploration, curious three-year-olds experience basic life skills that help build character and develop critical thinking.  Our well-rounded curriculum satisfies inquisitive minds and allows teachers to spend quality learning time with each child.

Our Pre-K curriculum is designed to set your child up for success in elementary school, with secure transportation from your child’s school provided by My Small Wonders. Focuses include development of character, music, and the arts.

Using the Five Building Blocks (digital learning platforms, small-group learning stations, S.T.E.A.M., social-emotional learning, and physical health and development), our school age curriculum promotes exploration and increased potential as your child reaches school age.

We are dedicated to providing a safe space for your child to learn and grow. Find our health and safety protocols and nutrition overview below.
